If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange items under the following conditions:
1. Return & Exchange Policy

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
2. Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

Personalized Orders.

Items marked as Archive Sale.

Customized or Made-to-Measure orders.

Products that show signs of wear or damage (eventswear).
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:

Contact our customer service at info@corsicana.es with your order number and the reason for your request.

We will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Ship the item back using a traceable shipping method.

Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund within 7 business days.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact info@corsicana.es within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Out of Stock & Limited Edition Items
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit or refund.
